Camp Nano

Hello my friends. I know I have been MIA for a little bit but I have been prepping for Camp Nano. Camp NaNoWriMo is when us crazy writers sit down and attempt to write a novel in a month.

National Novel Writing Month takes place in November and the goal is to write 50,000 words. To keep on track one needs to write at minimum of 1,667 words a day.

Camp Nano takes place in April and again in July. It’s a nice way to ease into getting ready for Nano in November. Camp Nano does not have the 50,000 word goal. The minimum word goal for camp is 10,000. I have given myself a minimum of 15,000 this April.

This April and again in July, I will be working on the third book of my series Carrie Anne. I hope one day to have all three books edited and try to get them published. This final book in the series will be dedicated to my sister Irene, her husband Will and their son Charlie.

I fear that my blog will be mostly silent during the month of April while I work on this last book.

If you are interested in Nano, stop by the website and anything you need to know is there. I hope you decide to join along and enjoy camp with me and my writing buddies.

I pray you all have a blessed Easter and a very blessed April my friends.
