According to the Wall Street Journal, the White House legal team is trying to figure out a way for Donald Trump to testify before Robert Mueller without perjuring himself. (LINK) Read that sentence again, please. Now think about it.
Donald Trump tells so many lies that he can’t keep them straight. I swear the man is a walking, talking idiot. I did a google search and there are many different answers to “how many time do people lie in a day?” I’ll take one of the first answers I read and that is that people who have a ten-minute conversation will lie three times. I am not sure if that is an accurate number, but let’s go with it.
If Donald Trump has a ten-minute conversation with someone, how many lies will he tell? In the book, Fire and Fury by Michael Wolff (BUY IT HERE) he says that the president says the same thing repeatedly in the same conversation. So, if you were having a talk with Trump, how many times will you hear the same lie repeated to you?
We all know that Trump lies, but according to CNN, he told 1,950 lies or misleading statements in 347 days in office. (LINK) Since he has been in office more than a year, we know that number is climbing. Why does he feel the need to lie or is it to the point he doesn’t even realize he is doing it?
Imagine if former President Obama told almost two-thousand lies in his first year? People would have risen up and pulled him out of the White House. You know it’s true. Trump does a lot of stuff that would have gotten Obama killed.
If his lies were not enough, can someone please explain to me how Donald Trump’s daughter and son-in-law can be allowed anywhere near classified materials? Can anyone explain how so many people in Donald Trump’s administration has so many people without proper security clearances? The president could give security clearances to his daughter, Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, but he is leaving the decisions to White House Chief of Staff, John Kelly. I would like to know why?
Ivanka Trump is in South Korea to attend the closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympics and to brief the South Korean President Moon Jae-in on the North Korean sanctions Donald Trump will implement. On Friday Trump announced that his administration would “implement the most restrictive economic sanctions yet on North Korean shipping and trading companies and vessels to try to crack down on “ship to ship” trade with other countries to circumvent already existing sanctions”. Did Ivanka sit in on classified briefings so she would be ready to talk to President Moon Jae-in? How is that possible is she doesn’t have full clearances?
If President Obama’s kids were old enough or even if he had his wife listen to classified information, do you think that would have been alright?
Trump gets away with a lot of stuff that should be frowned upon, but why is he getting away with it?
