PEACE, LOVE & KITTY SNUGGLES

Good Morning Everyone!

If you are a regular reader, I am sure you have noticed the change in the tone of my writing and I hope you will bear with me as I go through some growth and changes. Before my blog focused completely on Trump and the Trump Administration and the hell they are causing, my blog was about my family, my writing and just your basic run of the mill blog. I am not shifting my focus completely away from the hell that is happening in our country and around the world, but I want to give you the tools that I am currently using to survive hell on earth. The one glimmer of hope I cling too is that one day Trump will be out of office and will be replaced by someone who actually cares what happens to our country and the world. If I had magic abilities, President Obama would come to rescue us. (Men don’t read this next part) Imagine Barack Obama showing up Super Man style to rescue us. /swoon!

For the better part of two years, I have been one angry woman. It seems as if there is a new scandal every day. No matter where you go, there is always someone talking about what is happening in our country. I have said this before and I believe it to be the truth, the entire country is being held hostage by 37% of the population. I cannot understand how people can support what the Trump administration stands for!

For example, what kind of monster would separate children from their parents when the family is seeking refuge within our country? Even those seeking asylum. Apparently, that monster would be Donald Trump.

This is the stuff that we need to stand up and fight against. However, we must take care of ourselves, because if we stress ourselves out to the breaking point, who will be left to move this big beautiful blue wave that is moving across the country?

My own self-care includes meditation, sending emails to my friend, listening to my favorite song on repeat and spending time at the gym. Do things for yourself because we need to motivate everyone we know to vote out the GOP who have allowed Trump to screw our country.

I am not a vindictive person, however, when I was talking to my mum last night, I told her that I want Trump to be taken out of the White House in cuffs and I want him to spend time in jail for each and every person he has screwed over, for allowing Russia to interfere in our elections and I want his children to pay for their part in all of this. Donald Jr. brought a Russian lawyer right into Trump tower and you know that Trump listened or was told all about the conversations. I just want the Trumps to meet karma and for karma to meet the Trump/Kushner family. Come on Karma!

I shouldn’t feel that way, but sometimes you feel how you feel until something comes along and gives you a new outlook. Maybe my new outlook will come when I meditate tomorrow. When I meditate, I visualize putting all of my thoughts, worries, and things that frighten me in a pink bubble, then I visualize releasing my pink bubble to the universe and the universe holds all of my worries so I can meditate without worries. I promise if you start doing this you will find moments of complete inner peace.
